Ephesians
“Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity.” Ephesians 6:24
While in Roman custody, the apostle Paul wrote this letter to the church in Ephesus to encourage its congregations in their faith in Christ. The result is a detailed account of God’s blessings and expectations for individuals, families and church members. And to protect the believer in the battle against the evil of Satan, Paul includes the metaphor of the “whole armor of God”.
Always Be Ready To Give a Defense
“Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity.” Ephesians 6:24
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear… 1 Peter 3:15.
In this 12-part series, Pastor Lea examines twelve common topics about Christianity and the Bible, provides reasonable, biblically and scientifically sound answers to seekers of the truth about God and our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Romans

If you want to understand the fundamental teachings of Christianity, please join Pastor Kevin Lea as he takes us through the letter to the Romans verse by verse. By providing historical background and context, Pastor Kevin will help you gain a deeper insight into the Gospel (Good News) that God has provided the world through His son, Jesus Christ.
The Unfulfilled Prophecies of Psalm 83 & Isaiah 17
Are they Imminent?
Do not keep silent, O God!… For behold, Your enemies make a tumult….. They have said, “Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation, That the name of Israel may be remembered no more.” Psalms 83:1-4
“Behold, Damascus will cease from being a city, And it will be a ruinous heap.” Isaiah 17:1
Turn on the news today, and you will hear numerous reports of conflicts and problems across the globe. Listen for very long, and it becomes obvious that tensions surrounding the tiny country of Israel are the top stories. Using events happening before our eyes, Pastor Kevin Lea analyzes the meaning behind two of the most interesting and dire prophecies of the Bible. Found in Isaiah 17 and Psalm 83, these prophecies describe a devastating conflict in the Middle East between Israel and her neighbors. With ancient hatred of the Jews continuing to our day, war in the Middle East has happened before and is expected to happen again. But the city of Damascus made a ruinous heap? With modern weaponry and current tensions, this biblical prophecy has never seemed so close to fulfillment. Join Pastor Kevin as he explores the timing and circumstances of the conflict that sparks this terrible judgment on Damascus and the conflict that will change the world.
Earthquakes
What does the Bible say about Them? Why do They Happen?
The Flood of Noah
“Compelling Evidence for the Biblical Account of a Global Flood”
“For forty days the flood kept coming on the earth… The waters rose and covered the mountains to a depth of more than twenty feet.” Genesis 6:17a, 20
Where did all this water come from? And where did it go when the waters subsided? How could there possibly be enough water to cover all the mountains of the earth? Pastor Kevin Lea presents Dr. Walt Brown’s Hydroplate Theory and examines the Genesis account of the flood of Noah to answer these and many other questions.
How Close Are We to the Last Days?
New Years 2010 Update
Throughout history, we’ve been warned many times that “the end is near.” But proposed dates come and go. Why were they wrong? Is it even possible to know when we are in the “Last Days?” In this study, Pastor Kevin Lea examines four key requirements for a literal fulfillment of the biblical prophecies about the Last Days.

Genesis
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Genesis 1:1
So begins Genesis, the first book of the Bible, in which God reveals our beginnings and His loving plan for our future.
Many of the stories in the Book of Genesis are familiar: Adam and Eve, Noah and the flood, Abraham, and the Exodus from Egypt. However, Genesis is far more than just an interesting historical narrative. Pastor Kevin Lea leads us through this fascinating book, verse-by-verse to help us understand our beginnings and our need for God’s plan of salvation.
Jeremiah
One of the great prophets of the Bible, Jeremiah was chosen by God to spend more than 40 years preaching and pleading with the people of Israel and other nations to repent of their sin.
Jeremiah lived in a time of turmoil in the ancient Middle East as battles between the kingdoms of Babylon and Egypt were fought. In the midst of this was Israel, which had turned away from God’s word and had embraced all manner of evil. A tender man, sick in his heart about the judgment that he knew was coming, Jeremiah continued year after year to warn the people and their kings of the dire consequences for their sin. As Pastor Kevin Lea leads us through a verse by verse look at the times and prophesies of Jeremiah, we learn many insights into history, prophecy, and the tender heart of this prophet. God had a plan for Jeremiah’s life, and even though it included seeing his beloved Jerusalem destroyed and his people taken away in bondage, it also included hope for the future. Jeremiah’s unshakeable faith in the word of God is an example for every believer today.
Daniel
Daniel’s life spanned the 70-year Babylonian exile of the Jewish people, which began approximately 605 BC, and God used him in unique ways. Only to Daniel did God reveal the fall of the Babylonian Empire and the rise and fall of the Medo-Persian, Grecian, and Last Days world empires. Chapter 11 reveals amazing details about the then-future power struggle between the northern and southern splinter factions of the Grecian empire following the death of Alexander the Great in 323 BC, events which took place exactly as described. Only in Daniel do we discover the precise timing of the First Coming of the promised Messiah along with the information that He would be “cut off” (die). Daniel also prophesied about the subsequent destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple, which occurred in AD 70, again, exactly as he described.
