As you know, we have previously provided Religious Exemption forms for both students and employees. Several people have successfully used these to obtain exemptions from vaccine mandates, others have had the same exemption form rejected.
We have recently learned of resources from a new organization, the Washington Human Rights Council (WHRC). This is critical information and applies to any employer, federal, Washington State, or private.

The presenter explains how these mandates violate current federal and Washington State law and then describes a process for declining the vaccination based on your LEGAL right to a religious exemption.
We believe their approach is a wise one and urge you to prayerfully consider it, along with other resources you may deem appropriate, as you seek the Lord for wisdom to respond in your situation. (For example, we are learning that it is not necessary – and may be detrimental – to provide too much information in your submission.)

NEW: If you are led to include biblical information in support of your exemption request, we have posted updated versions of our religious exemption forms below. Although it is illegal for your employer/school to question your sincerely held Christian convictions, this version of a religious exemption provides a more complete biblical reason why biblical Christians refuse to obey man, and instead have decided to obey God as it pertains to what people want to inject into our bodies. Please reword and use as you are led to do by the Holy Spirit. Feel free to put your pastor’s name at the end and have him sign it if you are led to do so. Note that it is against Federal Law for them to require a pastor’s signature.
During this time of increasing lawlessness, it is impossible to guarantee that our legal and constitutional rights will be respected. We must all seek the Lord Jesus about what to do and say with these exemptions. Then just put your trust in Jesus, which you will never regret doing, no matter what happens.
